Day 3

This is no longer a follow up on the food i eat. just workouts.

Workouts: Brazilian butt workout, 300 sit-ups, 30 squats, 10 push ups.

gonna repeat that for two weeks. I’ll let you know how much i lose.

Starting weight: 142lbs.

Breakfast: frosted flakes
Lunch: ruffles, Arizona green tea, two chocolate cookies
Snack: mini marshmallows
Dinner: kabob, rice
Workout: 200 sit-ups, 40 squats, some butt workout I found on the Internet.

Haha I am so disappointed. Fattest day ever :l
